Description

Product Introduction

CNC machining dies are dies that are manufactured using computer numerical control (CNC) technology and are widely used in the manufacture of parts in the automotive, aviation, electronics and other industries.

Product Features

High Precision
CNC machining dies can achieve a machining accuracy of ±0.002 mm, which is 25 times higher than the ±0.05 mm accuracy of traditional manual machining. For example, in the production of precision bearings, our dies can control the roundness error of the inner and outer rings of the bearings within 0.5 microns, which is 4 times smaller than the 2 micron error of ordinary dies, thereby increasing the operating life of the bearings.

High Hardness
Our CNC machining dies are made of specially heat-treated M2 high-speed steel with a hardness of up to HRC 65-67, which is 15% higher than ordinary die steel. This allows the die to remain unchanged at a high temperature of 250°C.

Strong Durability
After 72 hours of continuous use, the wear rate of our CNC machining dies is only 0.002mm/hour, which is 60% lower than the industry standard of 0.005mm/hour. The average life of our molds reaches 1.5 million stamping cycles, nearly twice that of ordinary molds (800,000 cycles). This durability can save customers about 30% of mold replacement costs each year.

Product applications

Automobile Manufacturing
CNC machining dies are widely used in the production of automobile parts, especially the processing of body parts, engine parts, interior parts, etc.

Aerospace
In the field of aerospace, CNC machining dies are used to manufacture parts such as aircraft fuselages and engine parts.

Electronic Product Manufacturing
CNC machining dies are used in the electronics industry to produce mobile phone cases, computer cases, monitor stands, etc.

Medical Devices
CNC machining dies are used in the medical device industry to manufacture various precision medical equipment and instruments, such as surgical tools, implants, parts for diagnostic equipment, etc.

Consumer Goods Manufacturing
CNC machining dies are also widely used in the production of daily consumer goods, such as home appliance parts, furniture accessories, sports equipment, etc.
