Jelly Machine Blade

The jelly machine blade is a key component used in the jelly production process and is usually installed in the jelly production equipment. Its main function is to accurately cut jelly raw materials (such as gelatin, syrup, etc.).

High Hardness
Our jelly machine blades are made of martensitic stainless steel with a hardness of up to 62-64 HRC, far exceeding the industry average of 58 HRC. This high hardness allows the blade to maintain more than 95% of its initial sharpness after 25,000 hours of continuous operation. In contrast, the sharpness of ordinary blades will drop below 70% after 10,000 hours.

High Precision
The jelly machine blade adopts nano-level precision processing technology, and the edge sharpness can reach 5 nanometers, which is much better than the industry standard of 20 nanometers. This allows our blades to control the jelly cutting error within ±0.2 mm, while the error of ordinary blades is usually around ±1 mm.

Easy To Clean
The surface of the jelly machine blade is coated with a nano-coating, and its hydrophilic angle can reach 168°, indicating that it has strong water repellency. As a result, this coating reduces the adhesion of the blade surface by 99.9%, almost completely eliminating jelly residue. After 8 hours of continuous production, our blades only need 30 seconds to rinse and return to a sterile state, while ordinary blades usually require 5-10 minutes to clean and sterilize.
