Description
Product introduction
The packaging box blade is a tool specially used for cutting boxes. It can easily cut cardboard, corrugated paper and other packaging materials of various thicknesses. This kind of cutter is widely used in the packaging industry, logistics warehousing, sorting centers and other places to help staff efficiently complete tasks such as packaging disassembly and box opening.
Product features
High Hardness
Our packaging box blades are made of heat-treated M2 high-speed steel material with a hardness of HRC 62-64. This is 15-20% higher than ordinary carbon steel blades (HRC 52-56). Therefore, after continuously cutting 5,000 meters of double-layer corrugated cardboard, the edge sharpness of our blades remains above 90%. In contrast, the sharpness of ordinary blades will drop below 70% after cutting 2,000 meters.
High Precision
Through advanced CNC precision grinding technology, we can accurately control the blade angle at 18°±0.5° and the edge straightness error within ±0.005mm. This precision allows for even distribution of cutting forces, and the cut roughness Ra value achieved on 3mm thick double-layer corrugated cardboard is as low as 1.6μm, 50% lower than the 3.2μm of ordinary blades.
Strong Corrosion Resistance
The blade surface has a 2μm thick TiN (titanium nitride) coating. In the ASTM B117 salt spray test (5% NaCl solution, 35°C), our blades can withstand 5% sodium chloride solution spray for 480 hours without obvious signs of corrosion, while ordinary chrome-plated blades usually show obvious rust after 120-150 hours.
