Product Features

High Precision
Each round packaging machine blade undergoes 5 precision grinding processes, and the cutting edge angle is precisely controlled at 15°±0.5°. In addition, our blades are also tested using a laser measuring instrument to ensure that the straightness deviation of the cutting edge does not exceed 0.01mm/100mm. This precision reduces the cutting burr from the traditional 0.1mm to below 0.05mm, and reduces the packaging material loss rate from the traditional 3-5% to below 1%.

Wear-resistant Coating
The surface of the round packaging machine blade is coated with a TiAlN (titanium aluminum nitride) coating with a thickness of 2-3 microns using a PVD (physical vapor deposition) process. The hardness of the coating can reach 3000HV, which is 3 times that of the base material. Therefore, after cutting 100,000 meters of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) film, our blades only have 0.02mm of cutting edge wear, while the wear of uncoated blades reaches 0.1mm.

Highly Balanced
We control the imbalance of the circular packaging machine blade to G1.0 level (ISO 1940-1 standard), which is better than the industry's common G2.5 level. This high degree of balance means that at a high speed of 6000RPM, the amplitude of the blade does not exceed 0.005mm, which is 70% lower than that of ordinary blades, and extends the service life of the packaging machine bearing by 40%.
